Theta Holdings, LLC is a real estate investment firm that specializes in stabilizing poorly performing properties. We buy distressed real estate, renovate the properties, and rent them to good tenants.
Dan Galvin, a US Army veteran, received his bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1992. From 1993 to 1995 he worked as a real estate agent. In 1995, he founded and continues to own and operate Shamrock Real Estate. He specializes in multi family property management as well as selling multi family homes in northern Worcester County, Massachusetts. In 1998, Dan acquired his first 5 investment properties. Through the acquisition and operation of these properties, Dan developed the network necessary to complete all aspects of the renovation process as well as refined his skills as a property manager. Presently, with Kris Rench, he owns and manages over 100 rental units, overseeing code compliance, general maintenance, and repair of buildings. He has strong working relationships with many subcontractors in the construction industry as well as his own full time crew. Dan is also authorized to perform moderate risk lead abatement.
Kristopher Rench is a licensed occupational therapist and worked from 2003 to 2010 as a director of rehabilitation. from 1994 to 2003, Kris worked in the construction industry, where he lead an exterior remodeling crew. In 2004, Kris purchased a foreclosed condominium and renovated the property. He sold the property and used the proceeds to purchase his current home. In January 2007, Kris successfully purchased a 12 unit apartment building in Fitchburg, MA, which he still owns and operates today as part of the Theta Holdings, llc portfolio. Presently, with Dan Galvin, Kris has successfully acquired, renovated, and currently manages over 100 rental units.
